By Olivia Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to By Olivia! Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.
These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals participating in the Program as affiliates (“you” or “affiliate”) and to By Olivia (“we”, “us”, or “merchant”).
By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program registration.
Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you may also generate affiliate links for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks another affiliate’s referral link and later clicks yours, your referral link will be the one that counts.
Affiliates may or may not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage explained in the affiliate dashboard. If a customer both clicks an affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon code, you are not allowed to promote or share unauthorized coupon codes.
Permitted Promotion Methods
Affiliates are only permitted to promote By Olivia through the following approved social media platforms:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
Pinterest
Any other promotion method must be explicitly approved in writing by By Olivia.
Prohibited Marketing Practices
Promotion through email marketing is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by By Olivia. This includes, but is not limited to:
Newsletters
Cold emails or outreach
Purchased or third-party email lists
Bulk or mass email campaigns
Automated email sequences
Any form of unsolicited email communication
Affiliates are strictly forbidden from using personal data obtained from any source to promote By Olivia via email.
Affiliates are also not allowed to:
Pretend to officially represent By Olivia
Use fake identities or fake social media accounts
Create misleading advertisements or false claims
Share unauthorized discount codes
Engage in spam or harmful promotional methods that may damage the By Olivia brand
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Affiliate Program, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and possible legal action if applicable.
Commissions and Payments
When you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you will receive a commission based on the commission structure set by By Olivia. Commission amounts are calculated based on the order value excluding taxes, shipping costs, and other additional fees.
To receive commission payments, affiliates must provide valid payment details in their account settings.
Affiliate commissions are paid once per month on the 25th day of each month. The minimum payout amount is €30. Any unpaid commission balance below €30 will automatically roll over to the next payment period until the minimum payout threshold is reached.
Payments will only be sent for successfully completed transactions. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which gives By Olivia the right to review referral orders and affiliate activity.
Commission statuses are displayed in the Commission tab, and paid commissions will appear in the Payment tab. Transactions resulting in chargebacks, refunded orders, fraudulent activity, or policy violations will not be paid out.
Marketing Tools
We may provide promotional materials such as banners, logos, and collection-specific marketing content through the Marketing Tools section. Affiliates may download and use these materials only for approved promotional purposes related to By Olivia.
Network
If the Network feature is activated, affiliates may invite others to join the program as downline affiliates. If a downline affiliate generates sales, the upline affiliate may receive a network commission based on the current merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates, share your network referral link. Any affiliate who signs up through your network link may become part of your affiliate network.
Cookies
We use cookies to track customers who click on affiliate links. Customers must allow cookies for tracking to function correctly.
If a customer disables or clears cookies, we may not be able to track their activity, and commissions may not be awarded.
The cookie duration is specified on the affiliate registration form. Tracking begins when a customer clicks an affiliate link or uses an affiliate coupon code. During the cookie period, eligible purchases made by the customer on the By Olivia website may automatically generate commissions for the affiliate.
Removal from Affiliate Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the Affiliate Program, they may do so at any time by contacting us at info@byolivia.fi.
By Olivia also reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program at its sole discretion if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
